The Lehigh Valley Military Affairs Council wishes to acknowledge the Department of Veterans Affairs for its Military Health History Pocketcard for Clinicians, which was the start point for this product. The Clinician’s Guide takes advantage of the capabilities of the Internet in providing a quick and reference tool to assist clinicians in relating to and diagnosing their military veteran patients – if the information is properly collected and organized.
