Want to learn about the value of apprenticeships or the requirements for one, if you are not aware?  This event is a good start.  While the focus is on recruiting businesses to hire veterans using apprenticeship,  veterans are invited to attend.  May be an opportunity to network while leaning about this initiative the state Department of Labor and Industry now is pushing, for qualified labor is becoming a workforce issue, if it has not always been — and many veterans come with the skills or most of the skills industry is seeking.
